Description

Hey y’all!

I hope this message finds you well.

For this love note I want to chat with you about our emotions.

It is a “normal” human experience to desire to cling to our happy times and moments, to feel ashamed and guilty for our anger we express after a misfortune, and to wish a speedy departure away from our sad moments. When reconnecting with your authentic self, you learn a very important and beautiful lesson: we are not our emotions. In order to stay present in authenticity and integrity, we acknowledge them, sit with them, and release them for transmutation; none of our emotions are for us to cling to or avoid.

We are so much bigger than the mere moments of time in which our emotions exist.

Our being is eternal; energy is never destroyed, only transmuted.

Even when the body should perish and is relinquished from the physical realm, we are still here; our energy is still present.

How will you have it you are remembered?

I pray you choose the choice that highlights the beautiful, powerful, and magical being that you are. An energy so radiant, it shines on forever; long after you have parted ways with flesh.

An eternal beam of hope, gratitude, and love.

Until next time
